What supporting documents are required to use maintenance services during the warranty period?
To use maintenance services within the warranty period, customers must present the official invoice issued by the dealer in Hong Kong or Macau for inspection. If valid documents cannot be produced, service attendance fees and maintenance fees will be charged.If the customer loses the official invoice/purchase receipt for the product, please contact the relevant dealer number to request a replacement official invoice/purchase receipt.When using maintenance services during the warranty period, if the customer fails to present the warranty record card and the official invoice issued by the Hong Kong or Macau dealer to the technician for inspection, the customer must pay the required maintenance fees.

The basic commercial installation fee is $450 , including drilling costs. Individual products or monthly fee plans may be exempted. Please refer to the relevant plans or products for details.
Is there any charge for drilling?
The charge for drilling holes in the countertop is $350 . For concrete countertops or countertops with a depth of 3 inches or more, the charge is $450 each . (The drilling fee includes a set of leakage interruption systems to protect the customer's property). If the customer does not need us to perform drilling work during installation, the customer does not need to pay the drilling fee.
Reinstallation fee/relocation fee ?
The basic cost for reinstallation is $450 , including drilling costs. The moving cost is $800 ( the waiters will dismantle and install them one by one)

Door-to-door maintenance service fee schedule
The cost of on-site inspection and maintenance services is $ 450 . Customers can make an appointment on the website by themselves . Our account executive will call you to confirm after receiving it. If the technician needs to replace parts after the inspection, there will be an additional charge. If the customer does not choose to replace the parts in the end, the related maintenance service fees will not be refunded. If the relevant product is within the warranty period, we will waive the relevant fees. The replacement indicator power consumption icon serves as a reminder. The filter element needs to be replaced only when the power level is blank and flashing.

1) Since electrolyzed water can be used for a variety of purposes, it is used more often than ordinary water filters, which may cause customers to feel that the filter element is used faster.
2) The electrolyzed water is discharged from the main pipe and the auxiliary pipe. Generally, when using electrolytic water, about 30-40% of the water is discharged from the auxiliary pipe, which gives the customer the illusion that the water consumption is not much.
3) The filter element is seriously blocked (perhaps the water tank in the building has been cleaned and dirt was blocked), which requires early replacement of the filter element.
4) If the inlet water pressure is too high, it will affect the calculation accuracy of the flow meter in the water machine. If the water pressure is found to be too high, a water pressure meter should be connected to adjust the water pressure.
