If your purchase amount is less than HK$499, the company will charge HK$35 for each delivery service from Hong Kong and Macau to the region.

Signing notice
- 1.When placing an order, please provide the recipient's receipt address and contact number, and check the ID card when signing.

You can choose SF smart locker or SF store self-pickup service according to your needs.
Reminder
- 1.In order to ensure the timely delivery of the goods, please input valid contact information and address information accurately and in detail when filling in the form.
- 2.After the goods are delivered to the store, the staff will contact you with a text message as soon as possible to inform you of the pickup store address and pickup time limit. If the phone provided by the customer is a fixed-line phone, the customer service will call the customer to notify the pickup on the day the express arrives at the store.
- 3.When customers pick up the package at the store, they need to pick up the package with their ID card, courier tracking number and phone number, but don’t need to show the text message.
- 4.Under normal circumstances, the period for self-collection is five days (including the day of arrival). For orders that are overdue for 5 days and cannot be picked up at the store, we will arrange to return to the warehouse and refund.
